Workbooks: Reordering [Added Column] in Merge datasets
When creating an [Added Column] in a Merge dataset, the column always goes to the end of the list. If you move it to the top of the list, it does not change the order of of the columns as displayed.
Related, it would be nice to be able to specify the name of an added column as you add it, rather than it always being named [Added Column] and having to be renamed afterwards.
Less related, it would be nice to be able to adjust the widths of columns in a workbook.
