Bi-directional integration with ITSM
Need bi-directional integration for Azure Monitor with ITSM solution, following should be the features,
1. When auto ticketing triggered from smart groups of azure monitor, once ticket created in ITSM solution, the incident number should be updated in one of the field in Azure monitor view.
2. When an engineer worked on the ticket and closed the incident, it should close the respective smart group.
3. When ticket triggered from smart group to ITSM, all the underlying alerts also should copied to the work note of the ticket.
4. Incident number updated to Azure monitor should be having an hyper link to open it from Azure or additional pane to view incident details from Azure itself.
