How can we improve Azure Monitor?

Add more country codes for SMS alerting and voice alerts

I need +47 (Norway) ..
And there are requests here for +32 (Belgium) and and +34 (Spain)...

Microsoft Authenticator can send sms to most european countries and so should Azure Monitor.
