Audit and Log Notebook Commands
Due to compliance requirements, we need to log and audit which commands are executed by which user.
Example. A user sets up a SQL notebook and runs the following command in a cell:
select * from purchases where vendorid='abc'
We need to log and to be able to audit that the user X has done the above query at time T.

Yes, It will be a great feature to have for audit or lineage.

Very interesting and useful feature.
A must have if databrics has to be used in regulated industries (like banking) on production data. Without this databrics is often relegated to side analysis areas or all the data need to be anonymized. Of course it's possible but it's additional burden and since other tools support this audit feature, at the end often other tools can be chosen.

I agree, it is very important!
