Allow deletion of users from SSMS login window

From time to time, I use SSMS to test the access a user has to databases and their related objects. Once I'm done with that task, I never login with that user again. However, the user name is now in the drop down ("User name" field) forever. And, the only way to remove it is to delete the SqlStudio.bin file. The problem with that method, of course, is that it deletes all stored login user names.

It would be very convenient if we could delete a single, specific user from the SSMS login window.

Allow users to delete user names from the SSMS login window by hovering the mouse pointer over the user name to be deleted and pressing the "Delete" key on the keyboard. In other words, allow users to delete unneeded user names from the login window using the same method unneeded servers ("Server name" field) are deleted from SSMS.
