Support using local repositories on SQL Server on Linux
It might be worth adding support for creating local repositories for SQL Server on Linux for the supported distributions. Local repositories have been used by Linux administrators for a long time.
A supported method to create local repositories will allow people to create repositories to install and update SQL Server on Linux on offline machines, instead of each machine having to have an installation file ran on them.
Doing this could make things easier for SQL administrators because their Linux administrators probably use local repositories somewhere in their environment already to deliver software.
