save passwords v18
SSMS v18.0 doesn't save password properly for each server. Save the password from one server, then attempt to connect to another server with a save password and it will fail. Using SQL authentication and version 15.0.18118.0 and migrated my settings from SSMS v17.9.1.
In SSMS 18.2 (v15.0.18142.0) this issue is present... When you try to login with SA and saved password works only the last password inserted.

seems fixed in SQL Server Management Studio v15.0.18131.0 :)
I presume that this is a side-effect of switching to the "Windows Credential Manager" (as detailed in the 18 release notes). Seems like it doesn't take in to account the server that you're connecting to and just saves the password by username only?
This is almost unbearable for me as I regularly switch between many databases all with the same username but different passwords. The feature for remembering passwords is essentially useless due to this.
Yes, this is definitely a regression. Worked fine in v17 but having updated to v18 it seems as if the password input isn't updated when I change the server (and, as above, the username is the same)

Same here. I have differenct passwords for the same username in different servers. If I save one password for one server, It will effect to all the others as well. 18.1 update still have the issue
