Allow Azure SQL Firewall Rule name to be optional when creating from SSMS 2016
A request for SSMS 2016. When you are prompted to create an Azure SQL Firewall rule when connecting to an Azure SQL DB (which is great BTW), please allow the user to specific a name for the rule. You can do this in the portal, but currently in SSMS. Without this option the rules are being created with names in the format of "ClientIPAddress_2016-09-21_01:36:41" which is pretty much useless to me as a way of determine who created it or what it's for. I'd prefer to be able to provide an optional firewall rule name when creating it via SSMS just like I can in the portal or with PowerShell. It can be optional and then default to the current naming scheme.
