SSDT allow Target Database Name to be changed for project
Currently I can set a new name for an SSDT database by adding the <TargetDatabase>newDBName</TargetDatabase> in the sqlproj.user file. However, this is not helpful or reasonable to ask each dev to set this when using trying to use Composite databases that have a different project name, but the same target database name.
This all works using the publish feature and how the project contains a target database name. However, this doesn't exist easily for a (localdb) debug (F5) scenario. Again, it's solved by using the sqlproj.user, but that's very inconvenient when it needs to be set for the project level with composite, shared, and circular reference cases.

As a follow-up. I can certainly put this value in the sqlproj file instead of the .user file, however, it would be a great addition to add a text field to the Debug page of the Project Properties for this similar to the other Advanced settings.
