When you go to upgrade your subscription page (after 1 month with 200$ credit), you have to select a support plan. And on the side it says that you won't pay for free services or services that are paid during 12 months of trial. But you do have to pay for support plan. I think you should add a noticable warning there. I'm not sure if there was a no support plan option there, but it should be.1 vote

Show local currency symbols on all dashboards and reports that need it.1 vote
Thanks for the feedback. We will address this in native Azure Cost Management by showing currency symbols instead of currency codes and allowing currency conversion to a different currency. Please vote this up to let us know how important it is to you.
It turns out that as a 3rd tier reseller I do not have access to Cloudyn and I cannot give my customers access. Given this limitation, it is very unclear to me how an Azure reseller at my level can make the case for purchasing through me versus the Pay As You Go program.1 vote
- When we logged into azure and select cost management, azure showing a cost of a subscription.
- I click on that cost from the above screen, then azure showing a screen, where it shows a cost which is different than the previous number.
- Now from this screen, if I download the resources cost, then that downloaded excel is showing another cost.
We don't know which one to consider.
The difference between cost analysis and the download is a known bug, which is being fixed now. The problem is related to how the cost by resource view calculates the cost of tags over time. The total cost shown in cost analysis is accurate. We’ll need more information to understand the difference with the first screen.
We can only see data for the current month, which is no use at all. Been through support and have battled with them to keep the support ticket open until it is fixed as everything I have read up on and the obvious date picker shows that you should be able to see prior date data. They suggested I posted my issue on here!!!! So posted I have1 vote
Reaching out for more information…
Currenly when a weekly/monthly bar chart is created to track actual spending on a subscription it includes the total accumulated spend over the period covered by the bar chart and the budget amount. However if this chart is pinned to a dashboard, the accumulated spend and budget does not show on the dashboard version. Only the bar chart is pinned. Including the accumulated total spend, budget, and the forecast to the end of the year would provide valuable information on the dashboard.1 vote
We’ll take a look at this. Thanks for reporting!
In the unattached disk report email. i get empty csv files (just the headers and no item rows)
But because the email never gies me an item count i always have to download and open the empty file to see that it's empty.
it would be better to just say there are "0" items and don't attach an empty file.1 vote
It would be good to have the option for Azure App Services/ Web Apps on Azure Cost Management or Cloudyn.
Currently, there is no an option.1 vote
I want to set the default view for each scope or possibly for all subscriptions or resource groups.1 vote
This would be great!
EA Customer needs the option integrated in the Azure Portal; to be able to create a cost report scheduled weekly and automatically sent to his email, broken into managed group created.1 vote

support service credits in budget that are not reset on a time basis.
they need to be persistent until they run out.1 vote
more detail on what is the cause of some costs. I have a logic app that is disabled but the total cost sometimes increases by €0.01.1 vote

Show the rates when I group by meter1 vote
We will definitely do this!
spinning up vm's for testing , shutting them down in couple of hours is very costly.. Cost analysis should also include savings like how developers while testing their deployment templates can optimize the cost utlilisation.1 vote
This is definitely something we want to do. Vote it up to let us know how important it is for you.
Would be great if we could save the pie for dessert, and shift away from donut charts toward a default of more easily consumable bar charts.1 vote
This has always been the plan. The donut charts were part of the Cloudyn acquisition. Each chart will support full customization, like the main chart. We don’t have an ETA on this, but vote it up to let us know how important it is to you. We’re going down the list of requests.
As there is a known lag between cost of resources being incurred and data reaching various Cost Analysis reports, a column capturing the timestamp of the validity of the costs displayed would allow better cost estimation and impact analysis of changes in configuration or traffic.1 vote
We’ll look into this.
Unfortunately, usage is emitted separately by each service at different times, so the last update time may not be an accurate freshness indicator. In general, data is up to 8 hours old and is updated every 4 hours.
This is a very important progress for the monitoring of consumption
By with the labels on the pie charts are still in English thank you for putting everything in French we deserve it well1 vote
The extended metrics doc says that Azure diagnostics are required for this to work, specifically that Log Analytics is not supported:
This should be improved so that multiple methods of collecting information and monitoring are not needed on IaaS resources.1 vote
Thanks for the feedback. We’ll look into this as part of the move to native Cost Management.
Since you removed the old cost analysis Its been a big pain to see the cost grouped by resource group and to drill down in each resource group to see the resource cost.
I suggest that you revert back to the old cost analysis without graphs where you could see ALL (not only top 10) resource groups and also could drill down and see the cost per resource inside each resource group without having to exit the current view.1 vote
We’ll improve the data table view and enable the same ability to drill down. You can still get to the old cost by resource experience by clicking the “Cost by resource” command at the top of the blade for now.
Please let us know if there are any specifics you’d like to see.
Is there a way to get the Storage Type field (gp2, io1, magnetic) added to the RDS Active Instances Report? Glad I can get the amount, but type matters too.1 vote
Not today. We’ll add it to the backlog. Please vote it up to let us know how important it is.
- Don't see your idea?
