Opening on behalf of customer. IT would be great to enable the Cost Management Blade in portal.azure.com for CSP. This would not only give customers the ability to better monitor their spendin by resource/resource group but also allow partners to do so as well.
The usage file and invoice do not show information based on resource or resource group which poses challenges in understand how much a service actually costs.

Get sponsorship credit spend via API
Customer wanted to be able to access the underlying data that is kept at https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Usage from an API.
Downloading the CSV or JSON from API would be acceptable.
They wanted to query their credits remaining via an API - it seems like it would be a common concern, especially with price conscious startups on Sponsorship programme. They would like to program something that clicks through the browser to download the .csv every day instead.5 votes
Cost Analysis or at least breakdown for Azure Sponsorship subscriptions.5 votes
Makes sense. Vote this up to let us know how important it is to you.
Currently the only way to view the credit/adjustment amount is via the EA portal in the reports tab and even that does not provide a proper breakdown of the amount or any clarity on what the credit is for and for which subscription it is applicable.
Any credits/adjustments received from Microsoft should be included in the billing report, which can also be pulled down using the consumption API.
A few additional rows in the CSV report indicating credit in the "Cost" or "ExtendedCost" column would make this more transparent.3 votes

We need at least near-real-time cost reporting.3 votes

Cost Management should support WebDirect pay-as-you-go and dev/test subscriptions.2 votes
We’re working on it! Stay tuned!
Need detailed billing data for shared storage accounts to perform chargeback to internal teams.2 votes
Thanks for the feedback. We’ll work with the Storage team to get more detailed billing data.
Currently the vendor has to enable 'Mark Up' for a customer to be able to download their Price Sheet. Please port the ability to download the 'Price Sheet' into the Cost Management ARM blade1 vote
Absolutely! In the meantime, you can download the pricesheet from the Cost Management + Billing > Usage + charges for Enterprise Agreements or Invoices for Microsoft Customer Agreements and pay-as-you-go subscriptions.
When you go to upgrade your subscription page (after 1 month with 200$ credit), you have to select a support plan. And on the side it says that you won't pay for free services or services that are paid during 12 months of trial. But you do have to pay for support plan. I think you should add a noticable warning there. I'm not sure if there was a no support plan option there, but it should be.1 vote
