Modify Update Deployments
The ability to modify Update Deployments, currently it is only possible to Add or Remove.

You can now edit existing update deployments by selecting the deployment in the “Scheduled Update Deployments” view.

1) Saved searches: As we get dynamic groups into place, this experience will be much nicer.
2) Schedule bugs when editing a schedule: I've passed that onto engineering and we'll see if we can make that a bit less painful. -

This idea has just been completed, but is it me or it editing recurring schedules flawed?
a) if you edit a recurring schedule and only remove a machine and don't open the 'schedule tab', the 'save' button can be clicked but shows no error even though effectively the schedule starts in the past
b) if you follow a) but do visit 'schedule', 'expiration' is set to 'yes' even though it was set to 'no'. Expiration dates are pre-populated with 'invalid date'. -

Another vote. This functionality would be extremely helpful.

We need to use Computer Group based on saved search, we can't use it for dynamic group membership (ex: add vm that match the query string).

I agree that this is a problem that needs to be fixed.

Agreed, what is the point of being able to add a computer group to a deployment if the deployment does not update with the new servers in that group? Upvoting!

If we use a saved search we do not have visibility on it after creating the schedule. Meaning you better right that down on your notepad :)
The suggestion would be to not only replicate the vms within that saved search like we have today bellow windows computers but also the saved search being used. -
We *think* we can get this in pretty soon, but it's not committed yet. I will update the item when we have this definitely on our plate.

Every time a new azure VM is added i currently have to delete the update schedule and remake it, so yes, this feature would indeed be VERY helpful! :)

For the Update Management solution, we should be able to add or remove computers from scheduled recurring update deployments. Currently the only way to do this is to drop and recreate the groups from scratch, which gets more and more onerous as the number of computers in the deployment sets increases.

Add the options like CAU (Cluster Aware Updating) in OMS in Update Manager like it is in SCCM. For eg: I have created a schedule and added the servers in group but I don’t want OMS to update all the servers in group at a same time, instead it should update one server reboot it and then it update next server reboot it and then so. If it is available, can you please redirect?
