How can we improve the Azure Container Registry?

helm

The helm repo is a great idea but is not working as intended.
After adding a the repo to helm (az acr helm repo add) and executing helm search <repo>

this is the result:

No results found

If I execute "az acr helm list" I can see the helm chart. Also in the portal there is no visual of the charts.

    from my experience, I can push/list/search charts in the repo, though no gui is available.

    helm cli 2.12.0 release fixed the problem of passing credentials.

    azure acr can be referred as

    dependencies:
    - name: <chart-name>
    repository: alias:<container-name>
    version: '>= 1.0.0'

    Hey folks,
    Apologies. We always balance performance and requirements. In this case, we slightly over pivoted on performance to regenerate the ever growing index.yaml. We’ve rolled out changes to remove the gap between a Helm Chart push and repo update. We’re also working with the community on making Helm Chart registries a mainstream scenario.
    If you still see latency, please open an issue at https://AKS.ms/ACR/issues

    I'm having this problem as well. It seems to be intermittent. If you perform another 'az login' you will then see the new chart.
