  1. Enable-AzVMPSRemoting silently fails targetting a Linux VM

If a target Linux VM is different than Ubuntu 18.04, Enable-AzVMPSRemoting silently fails to install PowerShell Core. The reason is the hard-coded URL for a PowerShell Core package:
    sudo wget -q https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/18.04/packages-microsoft-prod.deb

  2. The red on blue can be hard to read for "color challenged" people

The red on blue can be hard to read for "color challenged" people. Powershell allows customization of font and background color. It would be nice that Azure CLI allow customization of colors as well.

  3. Configurable destination for the drag/drop upload feature

Right now, it uploads to /home/<username> (on Bash) and $home\CloudDrive (on PowerShell). Is it possible to make the destination configurable so that current directory will be used instead of the predefined paths?

  4. Cloud Shell should come with preinstalled Azure Building Blocks npm package

Both, Bash and PowerShell Cloud Shell have pre-requisites to run Azure Building Blocks. Cloud Shell should come with azbb instead of a user performing the installation steps https://github.com/mspnp/template-building-blocks/wiki/Install-Azure-Building-Blocks-in-Azure-Cloud-Shell

  5. Allow access to clipboard between Cloud Shell and Computer

Allow clip, Set-Clipboard and Get-Clipboard to interact with accessing computer. This would allow for something like -

    Get-SuperInfo | Clip

Then the data be on the computer.

  7. Additional US Region Support

It would be nice to offer cloud shell in additional US regions, specifically East-US2 and US-Central. Those are the two primary regions that we are using today. This would help when trying to leverage scripts to run locally in those regions.

  9. Be a lot more flexible in the sandbox trials.

    I'm getting this.. Failed to provision a Cloud Shell: {"code":"TenantActiveUserQuotaReached","message":"Tenant '604c1504-c6a3-4080-81aa-b33091104187' has '150' active users in location 'eastus', which exceeds the active user quota."}

  14. Allow subscription selection as part of URL to https://shell.azure.com/

It would be really nice if I could choose which subscription to work in as part of the URL for https://shell.azure.com/

As a CSP we often work with a number of different tenants/subscriptions. It would be very useful if we could use links that opens the relvant tenant/subscription. These links would improve documentation for our CSP customers.

    https://shell.azure.com/?tenantId=xxxx&subscriptionId=xxxxx

In the Azure portal it works well to specify a Tenant as follows:

    https://portal.azure.com/@<tenant>

    For example

    https://portal.azure.com/@mydomain.onmicrosoft.com

So having the same possibility with the https://shell.azure.com/ URL would be very nice ;-)

  17. Move the shell vertically to the side

Have the ability to move the shell to the right of the page vertically instead of the bottom. Sometimes, I need to navigate the portal and the shell at the same time and I have to continually move the shell up and down in order to see things in the portal.
