If you happen to be running Windows 10, you can use the Windows Terminal app which has a built-in connector: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/commandline/the-azure-cloud-shell-connector-in-windows-terminal/
Works better for me than the web based version, but SSH functionality would be nice for when I'm not running on Windows. (Or said Windows machine has been blocked from accessing the Store!)

As a frequent Azure Cloud Shell, I would find this feature wonderful, especially as I can have more control of copy & paste and buffer/scroll history and more color schemes/font options!

What a great idea... I agree that allowing us to use any SSH client makes the Azure Cloud Shell accessible to those with us who use screen readers or who have disabilities that require customization.

Agreed with this, please make Cloud Shell accessible over SSH. Thanks

This should apply to any ssh connection.

I agree with this. Being able to access my Cloud Shell from my local system via command-line would be a great feature add. I already treat 'Cloud Shell' as my defacto method to interactive with Azure - this would make it much easier to consume.

Also, the browser-based cloud shell is not accessible. Providing a connection via SSH would address this issue.
