Will it be possible to share or query ledger data between two different resource group in Azure Blockchain ?
Blockchain storage is a way in which the data is stored in a decentralized network, which gains access to the user's hard disk to look for space to store the data. This decentralized storage structure was introduced as an alternative to centralized cloud storage. The birth of blockchain technology and its quick adaptation have left many people stunned, with famous CEOs, investors, entrepreneurs and financial experts often talking about how it will change the way we go about our daily financial activities.
One of the most important aspects to consider in blockchain technology is how this relatively new technology can help improve globalization — i.e., the process of interaction and integration of people, companies and governments worldwide. How cryptocurrency transactions can improve globalization
One of the most important things in the global economy is the movement of goods and services. Currencies are used to facilitate these movements, but issues such as high inflation rates and currency manipulation techniques are making a lot of people worried about the validity of traditional currencies.
Immutability could make cryptocurrencies the right tool to facilitate the movement of goods and services. Even though some government officials argue that the speed and network congestion of cryptocurrencies are hindering them from being adopted as a tool for globalization, many projects have started to disprove these assumptions. This is making cryptocurrency a globalization tool that people can trust. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/01/five-crucial-challenges-for-blockchain-to-overcome-deloitte.html (https://ospmi.in/bmlt-and-dmlt-course/)

Storing Data on the Blockchain: The Developers Guide
Storing data on the blockchain is not as simple as it sounds. There are many problems that can make this task quite difficult.
In this tutorial we are going to take a look at the problem from a developers point of view. No fancy business slides or buzzword ********! We will take a look how we could actually build a blockchain application.
That said, we will not dive into code here. I will leave that up for another post. Instead we will discuss the architecture and design decisions one would have to make before actually writing the first line of code.
As we will discover, there are many possible solutions for the problem of storing data on the blockchain. None of them is far superior. None is absolutely useless.
It all depends on your use case.
After reading this, you will have an overview of all possible approaches. It will then be up to you to choose your solution.
Let's get started!
Why would you want to store data on the Blockchain?
The fist question you have to ask yourself is: "Why do you want to use a blockchain?"
If you don't know the answer right now, you don't need a blockchain. Period. Don't let people confuse you with all this hype going on!
Why am I so harsh on this?
Well, let me put it this way. Blockchain sucks. Except in 2 or 3 edge cases.
It's slow, complex, expensive and hard to work with.
Choosing blockchain because it is hip and trendy is like bringing a tank to a race.
It might look impressive and you are bulletproof, but after all, you will loose the race big time.
Look, all I want to say is, you should always choose the right tool for the job.
Help us build the best capabilities for blockchain in Azure by letting us know your ideas and suggestions. We regularly review ideas and incorporate them into product planning discussions. We will read all suggestions and respond to every suggestion.
How it works
Create a user account if you want to add a new suggestion or vote on existing suggestions.
Check out the ideas others have suggested and vote on your favorites.
Search for your suggestion and if you can’t find something similar, you can submit your own.
Keep suggestions focused on a single idea per post and limited to 25 words or less.
When you post an idea to our forum, others will be able to subscribe to it and make comments.
