Create a desktop/mobile app to mange my Azure account
I want to mange my Azure account without the website using Windows, Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android apps
Introducing the Azure app public preview: http://azure.microsoft.com/blog/azure-app-preview.
Download the app for Android and iOS today. Windows is in progress and coming soon. Vote on the Windows app here to get notified when it’s available: https://feedback.azure.com/forums/568069-azure-app/suggestions/17728315-windows-and-windows-mobile-app.

well I have tried using 2 techniques to "administrate and implement" my AZURE SQL Server:
first technique I added connection to Azure SQL Server through SQL Server Management Studio.. And experience was disappointing. Couldn't easily design/modify/play with data table design nor data.
then used VS.NET to connect to Azure SQL a little better but not much. Still no design tools for diagramming and creating keys and foreign key relationships all requires TSQL statement... but at least I could view the data in a grid...
Would definitely suggest using Windows 8 even a Winforms App would be fine. None of Azure develpers will have a problem downloading and installing an app...

I agree! Web is great, but a desktop app or even an app for the surface, android, iOS etc... would be great as well!
of course this is probably only available on WIndows Phone though right?
this is what I meant by a desktop app... just like we have SQL Server Management Studio for managing all things SQL... might be interesting to have a Azure Management Studio... probably be easier to develop than a web based app...

On a dell venue pro 8 pinch and zoom does't work at all.

Emails are great for monitoring. However, we get tons of emails (and infrastructure teams do as well). If there was an app (or web app) that can be used based on rules, that would be beneficial.
The portal should support tablet experiences on Safari/iPad, Chrome/Android, IE/Surface, Safari/iPhone. The tablet and phone UX might be simpler but functionality should be the same set.
