I want to know when someone ( cough Josh cough) shuts down my VMs or other actions. Push notifications for this would be awesome.11 votes
We’ll definitely support activity log alerts. Vote it up to let us know how important it is for you.
Long press and/or force touch on ios for resources should allow for quick actions like start/stop/connect on a vm.11 votes
Yep, we’d definitely love to do this.
I was unable to paste a password in the sign-in page. I was using a Microsoft account and every time a try to use focus the password field the page would refresh.
I was using an iPhone 7 plus, if that helps.11 votes
We have some limitations imposed by the OS here, but we’ll see what we can do.
I was expected usage and charge details for sub or enrollment level for EA. I understand this is initial version and you might have this in your feature list.11 votes
Yep, we definitely want to add EA billing details in the app. There’s a lot we can do here. Let us know what specifics you’d like to see prioritized.
Please create a mobile app to manage Azure objects even with limited functionality such as creating a VM, starting/stopping/rebooting a VM, re-sizing of VM and check service status of backups and other jobs.10 votes
We can add support for creating VMs, if that’s a big need. When do you find yourself needing to create a VM when away from a computer? That’ll help us make sure we optimize the experience for the specific cases.
I would like to see the ability to change the app to dark theme similar to the dark theme in the portal.10 votes
We can look into this. Thank you for your feedback!
Let me create new and manage existing support requests.9 votes
We’ll definitely do this.
Possibility to swap between deployment slots for azure webapps9 votes
Will do. Let us know how important this is by voting it up.
It'd be awesome to quickly see the health of my Favorite resources or, at a minimum, a list of shortcuts to jump to them. I could add this to my Today view and/or access it through Force Touch.9 votes
We’d definitely like to do this one. Vote it up if this is important for you.
Be able to delete individual resources or RGs with all resources in it. Add confirmation to delete via (configurable) pincode in app or fingerprint reader. Do that also for locked resources.
Convenient if you forgot to do so and save costs.9 votes
We can add support for deleting resources, if that’s important. Confirming via a secret would require additional work from the ARM team to support that flow. Fingerprint confirmation is easy enough, since that’d just be an added confirmation. Deleting locked resources is also do-able with an extra confirmation.
Make it possible to add/assign user to roles and roles to RGs/Subs within the app please8 votes
We would love to support this. Please upvote this idea if it is something you’d like to see in the app!
Some topics that I would like to see (from the top of my head):
1) the filtered overview map that we now see in the portal
2) a simple traffic light indication about whether any of my services are impacted by an Azure issue
3) quick and easy way to share a tracking code / link via email.8 votes
We are working on following Azure health events via QR code/deep linking. Also a way of sharing these events via email, message, etc.
Interesting. Let us know what specific scenarios you’re looking for and we can investigate a mobile-friendly way to create resources.
I think that OMS integration would be great for this. Being able to view the monitoring dashboards on mobile easily.8 votes
You can open the OMS app from your Log Analytics workspaces today. We’ll work with the OMS team to integrate more features going forward. Let us know if there are specific scenarios you’d like to see most in the Azure app and/or in the separate OMS app.
I've installed the app on a Dutch device which means the Azure App is now showing all content in Dutch. I would love an option to switch this to English.7 votes
We are looking into adding this option! Please vote this request up if you’d like to see this feature!
I would like to filter VM list to find only the ones that are running7 votes
Makes sense, we will look into it. Thank you for your feedback!
It would be great to have option to change instance size (scale up) and/or instance count (scale out). Additionally, it would be great to configure autoscaling. This will help with responding to alerts (such as high CPU).7 votes
This is definitely in the backlog. Let us know how important it is to you by voting it up!
Option to have everything be read-only so you can be certain you won't "fat finger" something that could impact the environment.7 votes
Thank you for your suggestion. We currently ask for confirmation on commands, however we would love to hear what else you’d like to see to prevent any unwanted actions.
I would like the app to save my authentication or session data between updates. Currently I'm prompted to login again if an update to the app is installed.
I'm using an iPhone 7 plus7 votes
This sounds like a bug. We’ll be in touch.
When can we expect support for Azure Stack? This could be a great customer use case to showcase consistency between Azure en Azure Stack. Please reach out to the Azure Stack team and find out if this can be achieved. It should not be a lot of work since the API's are the same, only the ARM endpoint (management.) is different and there will be limited functionality compared with Azure. Regards, Ruud Borst (Azure Stack MVP)7 votes
We definitely want to cover Azure Stack. Let us know how important this is and we can work on it sooner.
