How can we improve the Azure app?

Stopping VMs should also deallocate all billable resources (or give the option to do so)

        +1!

I have Classic VM, working in Classic Cloud Service. I can press "stop" button in VM, but Cloud Service continues to run and eats my bill. Moreover, even there is not any "Stop" button in Cloud Service - I should go to Azure Portal and press "Stop" button there.

This must be classified as bug of Azure App.
