I support this idea. Helps alleviate the burden of getting special connections established at offices where the corporate network requires significant protection. I strongly urge that this is moved on to Azure Government and up to IL5.

Would really like to see this on the IL5 Roadmap ASAP.

Both of my govt customers use clumsy bloated bastion solutions. This would really help and simplify!

Please bring this to Azure Government, the overhead of maintaining an RDS farm in Azure is unwelcome for our customer and we are in a compete situation with AWS.

Greatly needed for environment that require Azure Gov compliance/restrictions, but have no connectivity to an on-prem environment.

The telemetry data for SSH / RDP has traditionally been a black hole. These are highly valued targets. This could also be extended into session recording and COG services for interesting results.

One additional way this would help, aside from those mentioned already, is that this would vastly simplify demoing Azure in secured environments where web browsing is allowed, but RDP isn't.

This would cut out the Azure RDS Farm for my 1.1.billion dollar government customer. Hope it gets there soon.

Customers in DOD require this.

Quote, "a fully managed, autoscaling and hardened PaaS service, to provide you secure RDP and SSH connectivity" - exactly what gov platform could leverage, for a more consistent, in fabric, management experience.

Would remove one more IaaS component from my customers support service environment.

Right now we're using an RDP farm in Azure to accomplish similar functionality. I'd love to see this in Azure Government. It would really help!

Having this available in the DoD regions as a "STIG'ed" bastion host would help in automating and meeting the new requirements for system administration workstations and tiered administration models outlined in the Cloud and other SRG requirements.
