SQL Azure DB Managed Instance in Azure Government
Azure SQL Database Managed Instance is being deployed in Azure Government and is planned to GA in CY19Q2
Our customer wants to know in which month Azure Goverment is going to be generally available for Virginia and Arizona regions? This is a high priority please let us know when this will be available.

Any approximate ETA (May/June) on when MI will become available for Azure Government?

Any update or indication you're on track with Q1 2019?

Can I have an update on this? I understand it only recently hit GA in Azure Commercial but it was in preview for a very long time. I have customers that would deploy dozens of instances if this was available.

The Azure SQL DB Managed Instance pricing page at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/sql-database/managed/ makes it appear as though the service is currently available in Azure Government regions. The Azure Global Infrastructure page at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/services/?products=sql-database®ions=non-regional,us-dod-central,us-dod-east,usgov-arizona,usgov-iowa,usgov-non-regional,usgov-texas,usgov-virginia clearly indicates that is it not.
Please update the Azure SQL Managed Instance pricing page to indicate the service is not currently available in US Gov regions.
