Much like this request in Azure Commercial Feedback: https://feedback.azure.com/forums/217313-networking/suggestions/11716131-add-a-source-tag-for-azure-datacenter-ips-to-nsg-r
It would be immensely helpful to be able to select a source/destination tag that is exclusively Azure Datacenter public IP ranges. Currently it is difficult to create a very strict NSG that still allows communication with Azure Datacenter public IP's. Two known options are to have a single, very broad, inbound/outbound rule that allows traffic with the Internet tag over the required port OR use up all or the majority of the 200 rule limit within the NSG to target specific Azure Datacenter IP ranges.8 votes
Azure Government IP ranges and Service Tags can be access publicly at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=57063
