  2. Add cloud shell w/ Azure CLI/PS support in Azure Gov Portal

Same as commercial: Shell access from virtually anywhere
Connect with Azure using an authenticated, browser-based shell experience that’s hosted in the cloud and accessible from virtually anywhere. Azure Cloud Shell is assigned per unique user account and is automatically authenticated with each session. Combined with Azure portal’s familiar GUI experience, Cloud Shell adds the power and flexibility of using an authenticated shell experience.

Cloud Shell is being deployed to Azure Government with plans for availability in the CY19Q2 time frame.

Initially, Cloud Shell in Azure Government will only support bash with support for PowerShell coming shortly after.

  3. Azure Search in Azure Government

Azure Search delegates server and infrastructure management to Microsoft, leaving me with a ready-to-use service that I can populate with my data and then use to add search to your web or mobile application.
