The new managed-Kubernetes Azure Container Service (AKS) is planned to preview in Azure Government sometime in CY19Q2.

Azure Databricks is expected be available in preview in CY19H2
Azure CDN is scheduled to be available in Azure Government by Summer 2019.
For customers that have both public Azure and Azure Government, given that CDNs don’t host restricted data, you can use Azure CDN from public Azure in the interim.

portal.azure.com has work planned to redirect Azure Government customers to portal.azure.us in the April / May time frame.
