Add direct support for OpenTelemetry
Current examples of OpenTelemetry being used with Application Insights are sloppy, obviously not production ready and are only being shown from Python using Microsoft-specific libraries.
Application Insights should simply support being sent traces directly by applications. No intermediate forwarders should be necessary. Zero vendor lock-in.
Just give us a URL to ship the OpenTelemetry data to. Nothing else.
