Provide support for Application Insights profiler with Dynamic sites
When enabling AI Profiler for a web site that is hosted on a Dynamic plan you get this error:
Critical: Profiler is not supported on Dynamic, Free or Shared sites. Please upgrade your site to Basic or above.
This limitation strongly affects our choice to adopt your server-less architecture.
