How can we improve Microsoft Azure Functions?

Reduce the price of Premium instances

I could run a VM that costs me much less for the same configuration. To me, the price for pre-warmed instances seems too high.

    If it's a great suggestion, then why is it unplanned? Azure performs poorly when it comes to cold starts. Several benchmarks I've looked at show that AWS is the winner. If you have to ask people to use premium instances to avoid this issue, at least make it less expensive.
