View for customer Azure Stack VMs
We need a few where we can see all the VMs for all our customers via Azure Stack Admin portal. There are such views networks and storage accounts for example and I cannot understand why there is not such view for VMs. From that view we do not want to control the VMs like Start and Stop but we would want to see the size of the vm, the number of disks, the network adapters, their state, the network security groups, etc. Basically all the configurations of the VMs. This information also needs to be available in the Admin ARM API as well. Such information is good for us for inventory purposes, analyzing what kind of VMs are being used, etc.
Thank you for your feedback

This can be easily done if you work with the Azure API. I have developed a full portal to administer multiple AzureStacks at once and can get reports on VMs as well as interact with them across multiple AzureStack regions. I gave up on making requests on the forum and just did it myself!
Agree, as service provider, our charging model will be different with how Microsoft charged the customer. That's why we need to know type of instance, disk capacity, etc. Having self service approach, will not give visibility to service provider even on monthly metering report.
