Support Event Grid in Azure Stack
As more Azure services are made available on Azure Stack, we'd like to use simple serverless pub/sub service to enable event driven workflows. Please support Event Grid on Azure Stack.

Define the SKU in the SQL RP quota
Currently there is no possibility to map the SKUs defined for SQL RP on the quotas used to provide the service to the users. A good example that can demonstrate this need: 2 SQL SKUs were defined - one mapped to a standalone SQL server and a second one for a HA infrastructure. The Admin needs to control which users get to create databases on each infrastructure, hence the need to associate the SKU with the quota.

Multiple public networks with RBAC
As a service provider to a specific vertical we find need to present Azure Stack multiple community networks like N3, PSN, the internet etc. I would like to see additional public network pools that could be added and allocated to specific tenants.

Publish Azure Stack Roadmap for PaaS Services
The ability to run the same PaaS code in both Azure Data Centers or in a disconnected Azure Stack is important design consideration. Currently, Azure Stack does not support all PaaS services and I have not located roadmap so that I know what is coming in the future. Data sovereignty and regulatory compliance use case forces my company to be able to deploy our Azure solutions in disconnected locations. Ideally, we would want to run the same code for the Azure Cloud on the Azure Stack deployments.

Allow Azure SQL Database in Azure Stack to be used as part of an Active geo-replication strategy
Allow Azure SQL Database in Azure Stack to be configurable for use as part of an Active geo-replication strategy either in Azure regions or Azure Stack at another site; as according to what I've seen it's not configurable at all

SQL Resource Provider: Add support for Active Directory Global Groups when provisioning a SQL RP database
Add support for Active Directory Global Groups when provisioning a SQL Resource Provider database in Windows Azure Stack.
Currently, only a SQL Login can be specified.
The SQL Resource Provider for Azure Pack allowed either a SQL Login or a Windows Active Directory Global Group to be added.
Additional functionality to configure only Active Directory Global Groups to be provisioned instead of a SQL Login at the SKU level would be useful for enterprises that do not permit SQL Logins as a matter of regulatory compliance.

Integrate Azure Stack PaaS Resource Providers like App Service, MySQL, and SQL into the Health RP.
Integrate Azure Stack PaaS Resource Providers like App Service, MySQL, and SQL into the Health RP. Need to be able to track and alert when these RP's certificates are going to expire in one location.

SQL Resource Provider: Allow default database permissions to be customized at the SKU level
The default permission for any SQL Login added at the time a database is provisioned through the SQL Resource Provider for Azure Stack is DBO.
This is not permittable for enterprises subject to regulatory compliance requirements to ensure least rights applicable are deployed (SOX compliance, PCI, etc.)
Allowing the permissions to be customizable at the SKU level allows the SQL Resource Provider operator to accommodate more restrictive default permission deployment requirements for servers offered through the resource provider.

FHIR API and Server for Azure Stack
The healthcare industry is rapidly transforming health data to the emerging standard of FHIR® (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). FHIR enables a robust, extensible data model with standardized semantics and data exchange that enables all systems using FHIR to work together. Transforming your data to FHIR allows you to quickly connect existing data sources such as the electronic health record systems or research databases. FHIR also enables the rapid exchange of data in modern implementations of mobile and web development. Most importantly, FHIR can simplify data ingestion and accelerate development with analytics and machine learning tools.

Analytics Platform on Azure Stack
Currently, we need to anonymise data before loading into Azure Cloud for ML and other analytics purposes. The ideal case would be that for sensitive data handling, we are able to leverage the same platform capabilities in Azure Stack, as these are available on MS Azure.

Allow SQL database Service security rules to be managed by tenants
As a service provider having a SQL server endpoint on a public network accessible by everyone does not provide the security many require to deliver DBaaS. It would be better if the server was provisioned in the customer tenancy so it can be attached directly to a customers private subnets and be in control of the security groups themselves.
