According to docs (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-stack/operator/azure-stack-powershell-install) there are specific requirements for Powershell on local machine, depending on the version of Azure Stack. But Stack Version is not exposed to User (at least I could not find it - no "Properties" link) - required contacting the Stack operator - wasting their time and mine.
