User Portal: Can View Marketplace Items not yet downloaded to Azure Stack
Currently, users can only view marketplace items that an administrator has downloaded using the admin portal. Request to add the capability for a user to view available items in Azure Marketplace, even if it has not been downloaded to the marketplace in Azure Stack yet. If the item is not available in Azure Stack marketplace, add the ability for a user to request the item, which triggers a notification to an administrator to download from Azure Marketplace.

Thank you for your feedback. This is currently under Review.

I have to say this one is interesting. It would be nice to have the option to enable or disable this depending on tenants as well in a multi tenant configuration? Also maybe have the capabilities to enable and disable this via RBAC roles. That way groups like HR won't be able to request market place items but various DevOps or other IT groups could.

I think this is a very good idea. Currently the only option the user has is to search online for available services, but given there is a large marketplace for Azure there is definitely going to be user confusion as to which marketplace item is available in Azure vs Azure Stack.
This is exactly how Atlassian does their marketplace and is a great way to advertise available services. Having this will greatly help overall adoption of Azure Stack in an on-premise environment.
