Display Tenant vCPU Usage vs. Total Cores in Admin Portal
As one of the most Important Chargeback Criteria is vCPU, we need a way to at least Monitor Consumption of vCPU and put this in Ratio with pCores.
The total vCPU Consumption needs to be displayed vwitha Gauche on the Admin Dashboard in Capacity

Can you add this feature to be pulled from the API as well please? Basically an addition to "Region Healths - Get" https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/azurestack/regionhealths/get
It would be VERY useful to have a total core usage for the region
