I can not get into the "old" Azure web portal using IE11, although I can get into the new one...which isn't nearly as useful. I can get in using Firefox, no problem. This is true whether I'm connected to corpnet or RAS'd in from my offsite office

Lot of Stack implementations are in progress where public Azure cloud isn't available for regulatory reasons (Indonesia, Thailand, etc.). There are may such countries. I would like to leverage Azure ML Services to retrain and deploy models programmatically such as from a Jenkins task on a periodic schedule or when new training data is available. You have a CLI, but it's very limited and requires a GUI to launch it.

It would be really helpful to have a Rules Engine test option for Azure CDN. Even IIS6 had a redirect rules tester.
It is very time consuming to enter a rule, do a purge and wait an indetermined amount of time to see if your rule is working, only to find out you missed a '/' or something.
