Improve uptake by being competitive with Amazon in the following ways
I am an Amazon AWS veteran. I am learning Azure because I want to broaden my skills. In short I am exactly the customer profile you need, to migrate load from AWS to Azure. At this point, you do not seem equipped to pull this off. AWS is easy to use, and the service is excellent. AWS, not so much. You are stingy with support, where AWS is generous. Imagine I am on a deadline. I try to implement my service on AWS and Azure. AWS I can easily migrate my code to, if I get stuck, I can call and get help. Azure, I have to figure out on my own because you won't help. Friday comes, I go into my meeting and say, well I got it working on AWS, but not on Azure. Guess which service the team will go with?
I could go on about how much easier it is to configure, at least basic, services with AWS and how its not completely obvious how to do the same in Azure. You might argue that I have a built in bias against Azure since I use AWS so much more, and you would be right. But, that's the point. You need to win me over, and that happens when I can meet my deadline with Azure, not with esoteric arguments.
