visual studio benefit
Be able to link Azure Visual Studio existing Benefit subscription to new entitlement upon renewal of the Visual Studio entitlement, to not have to migrate resources each year.

It's insane that this isn't the default. To expect your subscribers to start over and lose all the experimental work they have done for 1 year in the sandbox is beyond comprehension. Coming from a company that is now branding themselves as an AI company, and pushing Azure, you'd think that the people behind this would have the common sense to not force everyone to start over and lose all their work year after year. You should consider finding another word than Subscription, because the word implies "renewals", and "continuation of service upon payment", whereas what you are selling is a one year access, after which everything is wiped. This is making me want to not ever recommend Azure as a cloud solution platform to my clients.
