Changing regions after erroneous error during signup
Thank you for reaching out for sake of efficiency, I will post thins in my response and in the feedback. I signed up for an account and when I did the region was listed as Canada. I thought well, I will just fix that when I finish signing up. I never received a warning of are you sure or whatever else. This is my fault for not checking. I cannot add a card to use this account because I do not have a Canadian bank account or Address. I can understand that you have policies and procedures for a reason to prevent fraud or maybe the issue has something to do with government regulations. However, my concern is that you are Microsoft, and I was asked by your technician to delete my original account or create a new one. This is not his fault by the way these are your organizations procedures. I do not know if you can see but within a week or so of realizing my error. I reached out to your support to team to correct the issue and was told that there was nothing to be done. I am trying desperately to get an Azure account so that I may gain Microsoft certification without worrying about paying overage fees and you guys are making it darn near impossible to to correct this error in a way that (if government or outside agencies is not an issue) does not make sense. Either way, I think to migrate from one region to another due to an erroneous customer error should not be impossible especially due to payment limitations (Something your office can I am sure control and create a work around for). Thank you for your time.

I am Scott's Manager trying to get your feedback on his support pertaining to this case.
I understand that you want to use your USA CC to an account which have its region as Canada. By design due to product limitation it is impossible to attach a different region payment instrument in Azure account. Scott have suggested workaround as resolution. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regards and regret for the design limitation.
