Function only displays in classic experience for portal. Allow Classic Experience to have all functionality of the new view.
There seems to be many bugs with the portal for functions, including not being able to see newly deployed apps and having to switch to the classic experience. However, the classic experience does not have all of the same functionalities and one must constantly switch back and forth.
