Allow the injection of a paragraph to give the developer more control over the page layout.
The customer's feedback would be that paragraph claims should work regardless of what content definition layout you are using. We had to work using HTML templates the achieve the desired layout but this will become additional administrative labor as he will need to maintain 1 html template for each language they support.

Additionally, we would need to maintain an additional template file for each application requiring a custom message being injected. Currently, this issue exists specifically with the signin and signup technical profiles regardless of the content definition layout chosen.
