As I am a volunteer on the fast ring checking weekly builds can a testing pool be set up so that no costs are generated please? I get stuck a lot of times being asked for payment details and, as nothing I am doing is at all commercial, it would be good if my Windows Insider account could be registered on the billing system as a voluntary contributor.
