The certificate upload in the Application Gateway needs to be streamlined as soon as possible.
Right now, for every domain covered by a certificate, I need to:
- create new listener
- upload specific certificate
- create rule and attach it to listener

This makes no sense since AppGw should verify automatically what certificates it has available for the requested domain. Furthermore, there is no point in creating a rule every time if that rule cannot be used on other listeners and multiple listeners cannot use the same rule.

Also, every time you upload a new certificate you must wait for the process to complete before attempting to upload a new certificate and this takes a long time.

This process takes me 5 minutes in total for every domain on each AppGw. For situations when there are dozens of domains and dozens of AppGw to upload, this becomes frustrating.
