Allow change of country residency
I changed my country of residency and now my Azure account is pretty much locked up. It does not let me add a new payment method with my new country as the country option is grayed out.
I contacted support and they basically told me the current platform does not allow it!!!
Can you please allow this? For me, it is not an option to use another email address....I have only one email address that I monitor.

I couldn't transfer MSDN Azure subscription to my personal account that I have been using for years simply because I relocated and now the Azure account didn't match the subscription account.
Please allow to change Azure account region.

So basic, I don't even care about the country of residency, i cannot pay with a card of a different country. This makes zero sense.
I was told to create a new account. Impressive"workaround" for a critical design flaw.

Same issue for me. Just wondering if there is any explanation for why country residency cannot be changed?
