Obtain agents that listen and understand the issue to make sure that the right help is given, instead of wasting everyone's time. This is the fourth attempt to obtain assistance that I've paying Azure for and so far, no one has stepped up to the plate because they fail to do their jobs and it appears that there is no reason for them to help a paying customer.
