"Roaming profiles" should be a feature available to all Azure Active Directories (O365 as well)

The ability to synchronize data from the App Store, Edge and Windows itself needs to be a standard feature that people can count on in the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is functionality that people have come to expect and restricting it behind a licensing model erodes the competitive value of several Microsoft offerings from a single point.
