Provide info on GPU quota and allow GPU quota management in the portal
It's extremely hard to get GPU access. When I wanted to add GPU quota I had to file a support request spend 3 weeks(!) talking back and forth with some Indian support person to turn on the GPU. It's trivial with Amazon; why so hard for Microsoft? Why isn't it automated?
Also there seems to be no clear view of GPU quota on the portal. Can't this be visible easily? E.g., 3 GPU cords used, 97 remaining.
Finally, the requirements around HDD/SDD for the NC machines are super confusing, and all the NCv2 or v3 options are always greyed out.

I fully agree on this one. The NCv2 and NCv3 are greyed out in most data centers without any explanations why or any ETA if it's going to be available in the future. When I finally found a data center and could apply for a NCv3 Quota I got a feedback that my subscription account was not eligible for a quota increase and the fulfillment was rejected.
To set the expectations Azure could at least provide some information how the prioritizing the GPU resources and a status on how they are improving the situation and an ETA when these resources are available. For now it's just dead silence and the Azure marketing keep lie that these resources are available in a number of data centers (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/services/) when they are in practice unavailable for the average user.
*"3 GPU cores", not "cords"
