Add active-standby policy for ALB
Today it´s only possible to use session persitance per client source IP. In case of enduser are switching source IP the session will not be sticky.
Adding a feature that enable active-standby will help with that.
This will help for network applicance behind ALB, like Netscaler, BigIP.

I hope ALB has a session weight. If ALB has a session weight, we can get like active-standby enviroment.
