Prevent creation of Classic Cloud Services in UK regions until there's actually a way to deploy to them
I've spent a week going back and forth with Azure support about trying to deploy to a "Classic" cloud service in the new UK South data centre. It turns out that using the new portal there's no way to deploy to a "Classic" cloud service in this region because you can't create a "Classic" storage account which is needed to do the deployment package upload in the portal. I've been told there's no other way to deploy so really you shouldn't be able to create a "Classic" cloud service in this region if there's no way to actually deploy anything to it.
I'd much prefer that the new portal allowed deployment by just selecting a package uploaded to a storage account anyway rather than having to upload it via the browser. The old portal did this and it was a much better way to deploy in my opinion.
