  1. Start Free (Free Trial Signup)

I tried Start Free trial and it surprised me twice as the error page came twice after signup.

I have used Yahoo email and after signup it went to live.com and got message saying, "live.com" not available.

  2. Make Azure more available and affordable to Office365 Home Subscribers

Azure offered a 30 day Trial (too short) in which I had no time to finish the on-line course. To make Azure more attractive and more users to join and to learn how to use it properly with proper training is to offer to Office365 Home subscribers perpetual limited system time.
    .
    How could this work:
    .
Office365 offers 5 licenses, 60 min Skype and 1TB Disk Space.
Azure could be offered to only 1 of the users to try and train as long as the Office365 subscription is paid.
So for example there would be a 60 day Azure…

  3. This is way too expensive! Prices should be a third of the cost.

You can buy server and host your own for way less. Plus it is more secure!

  4. Billing / Rate Card Improvements: Add free or minimal cost tier to support devleoper adoption

    Billing / Rate Card Improvements:

I would urge MSFT to review other similar offerings in the market as they have free tier or minimal costs tiers for developers that support technology adoption on a broad scale. The $25 credit is a good start, but that allocation needs to increase or the rate card needs to decrease to promote service adoption.

HDInsight is one of the many compelling feature of Azure, and one that we find entices clients who are concerned about xplatform development as well as leveraging the open source stack. MSFT clients will be swayed by u-sql / polybase,…

  5. Improve your Free/Trial/Entry level offers

Azure is prohibitively expensive for small businesses and new/poor developers.

£150 for 30 days is not long enough to get up and running and to make a viable website/app to cover the costs.

    Suggestions:
-Allow users to use the free credits over 12 or 6 or even 3 months.
-Or return to your previous offer with free monthly credits for a year.
-Or offer SSL on the shared plan. (sites without SSL are not an option)

£50-£60/pm for a basic website with custom domain and SSL is ridiculous.

I feel my only option is to abandon Azure and look at…
