We have seen this error crop up recently in the West Europe region:

"Sorry, we are currently experiencing high demand in this region, and cannot fulfill your request at this time. We work continuously to bring more and more capacity online, and encourage you to try again. Please do not hesitate to email docdbswat@microsoft.com at any time or for any reason."

The platform should never return this type of error. Nowhere is it stated that there is a limit on the number of collections that can be created in a single database.

The application usage report does not appear to be available in the new Azure portal. You cannot click individual applications and see the application usage results like your could in the old portal. You can see the total sign-ins but not the application usage metric that would then show a list of the most frequent users and their total number sign-ins.

simply add login button and login to azure page like everyone else does, no need to overcomplicate it, it is not that difficult, I could do it for you for free if it is too difficult for you

Eddy cloud music player was always able to get access to my music files on Onedrive(Azure). Since a couple weeks no more. I would like to use Eddy and play my own music via my mobile phone when I want to. Please make ti happen again!

So at the moment you cannot enable enterprise state roaming through portal.azure.com, when will this be available as using Azure AD through portal.azure.com is incredibly restrictive and you cannot really do much with it.

Moving from on-premise to the cloud has degraded the overall performance (particularly access speed) in the SharePoint sites while accessing them from within the organisation. For proactive measures, it will be ideal to have SharePoint performance monitoring tools to measure the performance on the site collection level during different times of the day. This will help us to allocate the resources appropriately where they are more needed.

In ARM there is no option available to get the associated storage account/vhd path of each Azure VM.
In several cases, it is required to know the associated storage account name to perform operations accordingly.
please consider the same.
