Security Groups for Service Fabric Explorer
For multiple teams that would share Service Fabric clusters it would be nice to set security groups for the applications. This would not allow another team to create and delete another application

It would be convenient if SF applications and services deployed via ARM were supported as RBAC scopes, so that I could grant, for example, the "Microsoft.ServiceFabric/clusters/applications/write" permission at scope "/subscriptions/<subscription>/resourceGroups/<resource-group>/providers/Microsoft.ServiceFabric/clusters/<cluster-name>/applications/<app-name>".
