Update behaviour of ServiceNow ITSM connector
ITSM ServiceNow connector for events/alerts needs added functionality and documentation. The connector works but it gives you some options that don't make sense like the work item should only have incident and event as ServiceNow only accepts alert data as an event and not an alert. The connector also allows to set different fields like severity and resource although that information is already on the Azure alert data. One of the biggest problems is that there are no customization options and when the alert record is sent to ServiceNow, it is pushing into unexpected fields, like the alert data in JSON format is all going into the description field when ServiceNow expects the JSON to go into additional_info as that field has added functionality that allows for the system to parse and transform the JSON object keys. Also fields like message key and node do not get populated on the ServiceNow event.
